The Flood Advisory will expire at 830 PM AST this evening for a portion of Puerto Rico, including the following areas, Dorado, Toa Baja and Vega Alta.
The heavy rain has ended, leaving more light to locally moderate rain. Local emergency managers are doing rounds and report no major flooding. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
