* WHEN...Until 815 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 548 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in Stonewood, Lost Creek, Nutter Fort. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Clarksburg, Philippi, Audra State Park, Bridgeport, Stonewood, Nutter Fort, Salem, Anmoore, Jackson Mill, West Milford, Lost Creek, Jane Lew, Flemington, Despard, Century, Hodgesville, Rosemont, Wolf Summit, Volga and Galloway. - This includes the following highways...
