* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Mill Creek at Washington.
* WHEN...From this evening to Friday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Low lands along the creek flood from Morrowville to Washington flood. At 19.0 feet, Osage Road, located 2 miles west and 1 mile north of Washington, floods.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:45 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 8.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this evening to a crest of 22.7 feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Friday morning. - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
