* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of northern Indiana, including the following counties, Allen IN, Cass IN, Fulton IN, Huntington, Miami, Wabash and Wells.
* WHEN...Until 915 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 702 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Fort Wayne, Huntington, Peru, Wabash, Bluffton, Rochester, North Manchester, Ossian, Akron, Andrews, Markle, Mexico, Aboite, Roanoke, Lancaster, Zanesville, Erie, Denver, Roann and Lagro. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
