* WHAT...For the first Small Craft Advisory, southeast winds 25 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 8 to 13 ft. For the Gale Warning, southeast winds 30 to 40 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and seas 13 to 18 ft expected. For the second Small Craft Advisory, south winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 12 to 17 ft expected.
* WHERE...Cape Decision to Cape Edgecumbe out to 15 NM.
* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 6 PM AKDT this evening. For the Gale Warning, from 6 PM this evening to 1 AM AKDT Sunday. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 1 AM to 4 PM AKDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
