At 414 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts were located along a line extending from New Baltimore to near Belle Isle to 7 nm northwest of Monroe Harbor, moving southeast at 45 knots.

HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts to nearly 50 knots, and small hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

Elizabeth Park Marina, St. Clair Shores, Mt Clemens Harbor Of Refuge, Monroe Harbor, Lake Erie Metropark Harbor, St Clair Flats Old Channel Light, Metro Beach Metropark Marina, Detroit River Light, Grosse Pointe, and Wyandotte around 420 PM EDT. Bolles Harbor Of Refuge around 425 PM EDT.
