* WHERE...Portions of north central, northeast, and northwest Ohio, including the following counties, in north central Ohio, Ashland, Crawford, Huron, Knox, Marion, Morrow and Richland. In northeast Ohio, Holmes. In northwest Ohio, Seneca and Wyandot.
* WHEN...Until 10 PM EDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
