* At 131 PM AST, strong thunderstorms were located over the Caribbean waters around 10 nm from south-central PR, moving west at 15 knots.

HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves.
