* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 AM CDT Wednesday, the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow morning and continue rising to a crest of 18.2 feet Saturday evening. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
