* AFFECTED AREA...In Colorado, Fire Weather Zone 201 Routt Forecast Area.

* TIMING...From noon to 9 PM MDT Wednesday.

* WINDS...West 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...10 to 15 percent.

* IMPACTS...Fires will catch and spread quickly. Exercise extreme caution with any outdoor burning.
