* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of north central Ohio, including the following county, Erie.
* WHEN...Until 1045 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 743 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated between 1.5 and 3.5 inches of rain has fallen overnight. Minor flooding is ongoing in the advisory area with some high water impacting roadways. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Sandusky, Northern Milan, Castalia and Bloomingville.
