* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 15.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 18.0 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage Monday afternoon. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
