* WHEN...Until Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, Low-lying rural areas along the river flood. At 23.8 feet, Easley River Road and Smith Hatchery Road begin to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:04 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 21.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 22.5 feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage late Tuesday morning. - Flood stage is 21.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
