* IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Flood waters begin to over flow the banks. Minor low land flooding can be expected along the creek.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 15.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 19.0 feet just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
