Flash Flood Warning

At 331 AM CDT, Emergency Management reported flash flooding in Danville. Between 2 and 4.5 inches of rain have fallen. Water rescues are ongoing with cars under water. Blue Ridge and West View areas in Danville have water entering houses.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Danville, Hoopeston, Tilton, Oakwood, Rossville, Potomac, Rankin, Fithian, Vermilion Regional Airport, Bismarck, Henning, Muncie, Collison, Alvin and Armstrong.

This includes the following State Parks... Kickapoo State Recreation Area and Middle Fork State Fish and Wildlife Area.

This includes Interstate 74 between mile markers 199 and 220.
