The National Weather Service in Austin/San Antonio has issued a
* Flash Flood Warning for... Central Kerr County in south central Texas...
* Until 900 AM CDT.
* At 300 AM CDT, emergency management reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 2 to 4 inches per hour to continue. Flash flooding is already occurring with evacuations, escalating water rescues, and water beginning to enter structures. Rises are expected along the Guadalupe River as well.
