* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 448 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. 1 to 3 inches of rain is falling in a short period of time. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
