* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 850 AM EDT, emergency management reported heavy rain in the warned area due to thunderstorms Wednesday. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 5 and 10 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
