* At 215 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a wind shift, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This wind shift was located along a line from 12 NM north of Crab Bank to 8 NM west of Stono Inshore Reef, moving east at 10 knots.
Locations impacted include... Castle Pinkney, Crab Bank, Wappoo Cut and Charleston Harbor Entrance.
