* WHAT...For the first Small Craft Advisory, east winds 15 to 25 kt and seas 7 to 12 ft. For the Gale Warning, east winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 11 to 16 ft expected. For the second Small Craft Advisory, southwest winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and seas 11 to 16 ft expected.
* WHERE...Cross Sound.
* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 6 AM AKST Friday. For the Gale Warning, from 6 AM to 9 AM AKST Friday. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 9 AM Friday to 6 AM AKST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
