* WHERE...Cape Decision to Cape Edgecumbe from 15 to 80 NM.
* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 6 AM AKST Friday. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 6 AM Friday to 6 AM AKST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
