* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...East Nishnabotna River at Red Oak.
* WHEN...From this evening to Saturday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Highway 34 west of Broadway Street begins to flood.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 10.9 feet. - Bankfull stage is 18.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this evening to a crest of 24.2 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Saturday morning. - Flood stage is 18.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 24.1 feet on 06/13/2008. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
