* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 104 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms across Middlesex county NJ producing rainfall rates of up to 2"/hr. This will cause urban and small stream flooding once it moves into the area. - Rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected, locally 3" possible, over portions of the area through 4pm. This rain will result in minor to moderate flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
