* WHERE...Portions of southeast Kansas, including the following county, Cherokee and Missouri, including the following counties, Barry, Christian, Dent, Douglas, Greene, Howell, Jasper, Lawrence, McDonald, Newton, Oregon, Ozark, Shannon, Stone, Taney, Texas, Webster and Wright.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM CDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
