At 1056 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain in Mifflinburg. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.

Winter State Park, Laurelton Center, Weikert, Sand Bridge State Park, Forest Hill, Spruce Run Reservoir, Mackeyville, Loganton, Hartleton and McCall Dam State Park.
