* At 953 AM AST, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 40 knots and frequent lightning. These thunderstorms were mainly over the offshore Caribbean waters, moving southwest at 15 knots. with additional thunderstorms approaching the Anegada Passage.

Locations impacted include... Mainly open waters of Anegada Passage east of Virgin Gorda and Saint Croix south to 17N and Caribbean waters of Puerto Rico from 10 NM to 17N, including the coastal waters of Saint Croix.
