* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 16.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tonight and continue rising to a crest of 18.5 feet Wednesday morning. - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
