* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...South Fork Licking River near Hebron.

* WHEN...Until late Saturday night.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Water spills onto sections of Mill Dam Road. Backwater creek flooding from the South Fork of the Licking River also occurs in the Greenbriar Estates Mobile Home Park, with water beginning to surround some homes along Greenbriar Lane East but not entering the main levels.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:15 PM EDT Friday the stage was 11.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late tomorrow evening and continue falling, remaining below flood stage. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
