* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas and elevated flows along streams and creeks are expected from runoff in steep terrain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 352 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.8 and 1.2 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
