* WHEN...For the Coastal Flood Advisory, until 2 PM EDT Wednesday. For the High Rip Current Risk, through late Wednesday night.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding of coastal adjacent lots, parks, and roads. Rip currents can sweep even the best swimmers away from shore into deeper water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Water levels will remain elevated into Wednesday. The next high tide on Wednesday morning is around 9 am EDT, which is when the highest water levels are expected along the Franklin County Coast.
