Severe Thunderstorm Warning

At 1223 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Clarks to near Marquette to near St. Libory, moving southeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Trained weather spotters estimated wind gusts of 60 to 70 MPH in Central City at 1220 MPH CDT.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

These severe storms will be near... Grand Island, Polk, Phillips, Marquette, and Hordville around 1230 PM CDT. Aurora, Hampton, and Benedict around 1240 PM CDT. Bradshaw around 1245 PM CDT.

This includes Interstate 80 between mile markers 321 and 345.
