* WHERE...Coastal waters from Cape Shoalwater WA to Cape Falcon OR out 10 NM and Coastal waters from Cape Falcon to Cape Foulweather OR out 10 NM.

* WHEN...Gale Warning, until 5 PM PDT this afternoon. Small Craft Advisory, from 5 PM this afternoon to 5 PM PDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
