* WHERE...Waters from Cape Shoalwater WA to Cape Falcon OR from 10 to 60 NM and Waters from Cape Falcon to Cape Foulweather OR from 10 to 60 NM.

* WHEN...Gale Warning, until 5 PM PDT this afternoon. Small Craft Advisory, from 5 PM this afternoon to 5 PM PDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
