The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 2 inches in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.

This includes the following highways... Interstate 295 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 26...and between mile markers 31 and 32. New Jersey Turnpike between exits 1 and 3.
