* WHERE...The offshore waters from Oregon Inlet to Ocracoke Inlet.
* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, from 1 PM to 8 PM EDT Saturday. For the Storm Watch, from Saturday evening through Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...Storm force winds and hazardous seas could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
