* WHEN...Until 745 PM EDT /645 PM CDT/.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 452 PM EDT /352 PM CDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall with 2 to 3 inch per hour rainfall rates could lead to more flooding developing in additional areas through the next hour or two. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
