* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:15 AM CDT Monday the stage was 0.8 feet. - Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early Wednesday morning to a crest of 13.2 feet early Wednesday morning.
