* Special Marine Warning for... Coastal waters from Englewood to Tarpon Springs FL out 20 NM... Tampa Bay waters...

* Until 630 PM EDT.

* At 554 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near St. Petersburg to near Terra Ceia Bay, moving southwest at 15 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots, suddenly higher waves, frequent lightning, and heavy downpours. Make sure all on board are wearing life jackets.

Terra Ceia Bay, Manatee Nearshore Reef, Madeira Beach Reef, Tierra Verde, Cockroach Bay, Redington Shores, Anna Maria Island, Treasure Island Reef, Pass-A-Grille Beach, Pass-A-Grille Channel, Southwest Channel, Saint Pete Beach Reef, Holmes Beach, Port Manatee Reef, Manatee 1 Mile Reef, Tampa Bay, St. Pete Beach, Manatee 3 Mile South Reef, Bradenton Beach, and Johns Pass.
