At 541 PM EDT, strong thunderstorm outflow was located along a line extending from 6 miles southwest of Winchester to near Peebles to 7 miles south of Kincaid Springs, moving southeast at 50 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include... Portsmouth, West Union, Manchester, Rosemount, Lucasville, Blue Creek, Decatur, Russellville, Rarden, Cherry Fork, Otway, Lombardsville, Dunkinsville, Bradysville, State Route 348 at State Route 125, Wamsley, West Portsmouth, Turkey Creek Lake, Friendship, and Mcdermott.
