This includes the following highways... Interstate 75 in Tennessee near mile marker 108. Interstate 40 in Tennessee between mile markers 373 and 393.
Additional heavy rain will be moving across areas that have already experienced flooding, including Knoxville. Multiple roads remain flooded and closed in the city.
