* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of south central Alabama, including the following areas, Butler, Conecuh, Covington, Crenshaw, Escambia, Monroe and Wilcox and northwest Florida, including the following areas, Okaloosa Coastal, Okaloosa Inland, Santa Rosa Coastal and Santa Rosa Inland.
* WHEN...Through Saturday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Hurricane Isaias will continue to lift northward across the western Florida Panhandle into south central Alabama. Isaias is expected to produce additional storm total rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches in the watch area with localized higher amounts up 6 inches.
