* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. This approaches the flood of record, which was a crest of 14.76 ft that occurred in July 2003.

* WHERE...Wabash River near Linn Grove.

* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, The 100 year flood level is exceeded. Highway 1050 S in Adams County east of Geneva begins to flood.
