* WHAT...Tropical Storm Warning.

* WHERE...Tinian Coastal Waters and Saipan Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Through at least Tuesday evening.

* IMPACTS...Tropical storm force winds of 30 to 35 kt with gusts up to 50 kt. Very strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tropical Depression 08W has been upgraded to Tropical Storm Higos (08W). Conditions are expected to be incredibly dangerous for small craft and most large vessels. Seek safe harbor as soon as possible. Venturing out can result in significant threat to life and/or property.
