The Flash Flood Watch will expire for portions of east central, south central, and southeast Kentucky, including the following areas, in east central Kentucky, Bath, Estill, Menifee, Montgomery and Powell. In south central Kentucky, Laurel, McCreary, Pulaski, Rockcastle, Wayne and Whitley. In southeast Kentucky, Bell, Breathitt, Clay, Harlan, Jackson, Knott, Knox, Lee, Leslie, Letcher, Owsley, Perry and Wolfe.
The flash flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flash Flood Watch will expire at 8 AM EDT this morning.
