* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...South Central Imperial County in southeastern California...
* WHEN...Until 1215 AM PDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 917 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... El Centro, Calexico, Brawley, Imperial, Holtville, El Centro Naval Airfield, Mt. Signal, Heber, Alamorio, Seeley and Bonds Corner. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Instructions
