* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:15 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 27.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 31.0 feet Friday morning. - Flood stage is 28.0 feet.
