East Fork White River at Seymour.

.Additional rainfall of two to three inches tonight will cause rivers to continue to rise, with moderate flooding expected on parts of the East Fork White and its tributaries. Locally heavier amounts could cause the crest to be higher.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Flatrock River near Columbus.

* WHEN...Until late Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 16.5 feet, During the January 2005 flood...river level was about 1 foot below the lowest berm along Flatrock Drive in the northeast end of Noblitt Lagoons near the junction of Washington St. and Riverside Dr. A few Noblitt Lagoons residents had wet basements.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:30 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 12.5 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 5:30 PM EDT Thursday was 12.5 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise to 15.8 feet tomorrow evening. It will then fall below flood stage to 10.9 feet early Sunday afternoon. It will rise above flood stage Sunday afternoon to 11.1 feet early Monday morning.
