For the following areas... Waters from Mexico Beach to Apalachicola FL from 20 to 60 NM...

At 1124 PM CDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 19 nm west of Empire Mica Wreck to 64 nm southwest of S Tower, moving southwest at 20 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots...suddenly higher waves...frequent lightning...and heavy downpours. Make sure all on board are wearing life jackets.

Strong thunderstorms will remain over mainly open waters.
