At 1129 AM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Panguitch, or 31 miles southwest of Junction, moving northeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.
Locations impacted include... Panguitch and Hillsdale.
This includes the following highways... US Route 89 between mile markers 124 and 150. Utah Route 12 near mile marker 0.
