* IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Flood Stage. Lowland flooding of unprotected agricultural land begins.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 24.4 feet and rising. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tonight and continue rising to a crest of 26.3 feet Friday morning. - Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
